to your organization. ManagedMissions never holds funds, nor takes any transaction fee for online donations. Team members
can login to ManagedMissions at any time to quickly see how much money they have raised. This optional feature is part of our
Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Accounts And Recurring Donations
With Stripe as your payment processor you can add the ability for recurring donations, which gives you more options and flexibility with fundraising. Team members or donors can set up monthly, every two weeks, or weekly donations for the duration of the trip, expanding your options for fundraising.
With ACH payments, your donors can now donate directly from their bank account. ACH payments are available with Stripe with a low processing fee of $.25 per transaction.
Simplified Contribution Management
Receiving and processing contribution checks can be the most time consuming part of the lead-up to a short-term mission trip.
ManagedMissions has standardized the whole process and makes it fast and easy. Quickly add contributions directly in ManagedMissions
or use a spreadsheet to import them from another system. ManagedMissions tracks all your funds, online or offline.
ManagedMissions wants to make it as easy as possible to update donors and their contributions, as well as provide a place for
donors to locate their past donations. With your Donor Management options the Account Admin can update donor information and
import and export donors. Donors can login to ManagedMissions and view their past donations, update their information, and
download donation statements.
Send year-end statements to your donors for tax-deductible donations directly from ManagedMissions. Account Admins will have the ability to email, or print (for those with no email address) year-end statements, making it easier to communicate and provide donors with the statement and donation information they need.
